经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术治疗巨大良性前列腺增生的效果评价

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术治疗巨大良性前列腺增生的临床应用效果。方法:选取某院于2018年1月~2018年7月间收治的86例巨大良性前列腺增生患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为对照组和研究组。对照组43例予以经尿道前列腺等离子电切术治疗,研究组43例予以经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术治疗,比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、组织切除量、生活质量评估(QOL)、前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、最大尿流率(Qmax)、国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)评分。结果:研究组术中出血量显著少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,组织切除量大于对照组,QOL、Qmax、IIEF-5评分高于对照组,IPSS低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术治疗巨大良性前列腺增生,术中出血量低,能更完全地切除腺体,改善患者性功能。

Effect of Transurethral Prostate Plasma Enucleation in the Treatment of Giant Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transurethral prostate plasma enucleation in the treatment of giant benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:86 patients with giant benign prostatic hyperplasia admitted to a hospital from January 2018 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number method.43 patients in the control group were treated with transurethral plasma resection of prostate,and 43 patients in the study group were treated with transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate.The blood volume,operation time,tissue resection volume,quality of life assessment(QOL),prostate symptom score(IPSS),maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax)and international erectile function index-5(IIEF-5)were compared between the two groups.Results:The amount of bleeding in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,the amount of tissue resection was larger than that in the control group,the scores of QOL,Qmax and IIEF-5 were higher than those in the control group,and the IPSS was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transurethral prostate plasma enucleation in the treatment of giant benign prostatic hyperplasia has low bleeding volume,which can completely remove the glands and improve the sexual function of the patients.
