西那卡塞对血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探析西那卡塞对血液透析患者继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的疗效。方法:选取某院于2018年3月~2019年8月收治的60例血液透析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者作为主要对象,用数字随机表法分组,对照组和观察组各30例。两组均给予骨化三醇治疗,观察组增加西那卡塞治疗,对比两种治疗方法的有效性和安全性。结果:观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,存在显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率低于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在血液透析继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进的临床治疗上,采用西那卡塞治疗兼具有效性和安全性,值得进一步推广和应用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of cinacalcet on secondary hyperparathyroidism in hemodialysis patients. Methods:60 patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism who underwent hemodialysis from March 2018 to August 2019 in a hospital were enrolled as the main subjects. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random table method. Both groups were given calcitriol treatment, and the observation group was added cinacalcet treatment, to compare the effectiveness and safety of the two treatment methods. Results: The effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of hemodialysis secondary hyperparathyroidism, the use of cinacalcet treatment is both effective and safe, and it is worth further promotion and application.
