脊柱内镜不同入路术式治疗腰骶椎间盘突出症临床疗效对比

目的:探讨腰骶椎间盘突出症患者采用脊柱内镜不同入路术式治疗的临床疗效。方法:随机将2015年1月~2018年3月治疗腰骶椎间盘突出症的88例患者分为两组,A组采用脊柱内镜椎板间隙入路术式治疗,B组采用BEIS入路术治疗,比较两组的手术治疗效果。结果:两组术前VAS评分、ODI评分对比差异不明显(P>0.05);B组患者术后1周、1个月VAS评分、术后1个月及3个月ODI评分、术中出血量、术后引流量、卧床休息时间均明显少于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腰骶椎间盘突出症患者采用脊柱内镜BEIS入路术治疗,能有效减轻患者的疼痛感,改善其脊椎功能,有利于促进患者早日康复。

Comparison of Clinical Outcomes of Different Endoscopic Spinal Approaches for Lumbosacral Disc Herniation

Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of different endoscopic spinal approaches for lumbosacral disc herniation. Methods:88 patients with lumbosacral disc herniation from January 2015 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. Endoscopic intervertebral disc space approach was used in group A and BEIS approach was used in group B. The surgical treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results: There was no significant difference in VAS score and ODI score between the two groups before operation(P>0.05). The VAS score, ODI score, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume and bed rest time in group B were significantly less than those in group A after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of lumbosacral disc herniation by endoscopic paraspinal space approach can effectively relieve pain, improve the spinal function and is conducive to the early recovery of patients.
