超声引导下精准骶管阻滞在肛肠手科手术中的麻醉效果观察

目的:探讨超声引导下骶管阻滞麻醉在肛肠手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2017年10月~2018年10月某院行肛肠手术的150例患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各75例。观察组采用超声引导下的骶管阻滞麻醉,对照组采用传统非超声引导的解剖定位骶管阻滞麻醉,分别记录两组患者的穿刺时间、调整次数、起效时间和疼痛消失时间,以及麻醉成功率、麻醉后并发症和患者满意度等情况。结果:观察组的穿刺调整次数、起效时间、疼痛时间、Ⅲ级麻醉率、出血和神经损伤均低于对照组,而穿刺时间、I级麻醉率、麻醉成功率高于对照组,存在显著差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的Ⅱ、Ⅳ级麻醉率、尿潴留、恶心等并发症无显著差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声引导下骶管阻滞的定位准、麻醉成功率高、不良反应率低且患者满意度高,是肛肠手术中可视化、安全和可靠的麻醉技术,具有临床推广意义。

Observation on the Anesthesia Effect of Precise Sacral Block Guided by Ultrasound in Anorectal Surgery

Objective:To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided sacral block anesthesia in anorectal surgery.Methods:A total of 150 patients who underwent anorectal surgery in a hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The observation group was anesthetized with ultrasound-guided sacral block,while the control group was anesthetized with traditional non-ultrasound-guided anatomical location.The puncture time,adjustment times,onset time,pain disappearance time,success rate of anesthesia,complications after anesthesia and patient satisfaction were recorded.Results:The puncture adjustment times,onset time,pain time,grade III anesthesia rate,bleeding and nerve injury in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while puncture time,grade I anesthesia rate and success rate of anesthesia were higher than the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05);There were no significant differences in II and IV anesthesia rate,urinary retention,nausea and other complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided sacral block has accurate location,high success rate of anesthesia,low adverse reactions and high patient satisfaction rate,which is visualization,safety and high satisfaction in anorectal surgery,it has clinical promotion significance.
