继发性肺结核合并支气管结核患者采用抗结核药物联合雾化吸入治疗痰菌阴转率与疗效分析

摘    要:目的:探究雾化吸入联合抗结核药物治疗继发性肺结核合并支气管内膜结核的疗效。方法:选择2016年7月~2017年7月在某院收治的继发性肺结核合并支气管结核患者90例,按照随机分为实验组和对照组各45例。对照组实施抗结核药物治疗,实验组在此基础上加用雾化吸入,分析两组在治疗后第1、2和3个月的痰液中结核杆菌转阴情况,并统计分析治疗有效率。结果:治疗后,实验组患者第1、2、3个月的痰菌阴转率均明显高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组患者的66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=14.899,P<0.05)。结论:对继发性肺结核合并支气管内膜结核采用雾化吸入联合抗结核药治疗,患者的痰菌阴转率高,临床疗效显著,值得临床广泛借鉴。

Abstract:Objective:To investigated the effect of anti-tuberculosis drugs combined with atomization inhalation in the treatment of patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with bronchial tuberculosis. Methods:90 patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with bronchial tuberculosis admitted to a hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(45 cases) and control group(45 cases). The control group received anti-tuberculosis drug treatment, and the experimental group received atomization inhalation on this basis. The negative transformation of tuberculosis bacilli in the sputum of the two groups at the first, second and third months after treatment was analyzed, and the effective rate of treatment was statistically analyzed. Results: After treatment, the sputum negative conversion rate of the experimental group at the first, second and third months was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in observation group was 97.78%, higher than that in control group, 66.67%(χ^2=14.899, P<0.05). Conclusion:Anti-tuberculosis drugs combined with atomization inhalation in the treatment of patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with bronchial tuberculosis has high sputum negative conversion rate. The clinical curative effect is remarkable, it is worthy of clinical reference extensively.
