优质护理干预联合常规护理在急性脑出血管病患者中的护理效果探讨

目的:观察在急性脑出血管疾病患者采取优质护理干预联合常规护理干预的护理效果分析。方法:将某院脑科于2016年1月~2018年2月就诊的急性脑出血管病患者90例采用抽签法分成两组,对照组(45例)采取常规护理干预,联合组(45例)采取优质护理干预联合常规护理。对照两组患者护理干预前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、焦虑评分(SAS)、睡眠评分(PSQI)。结果:干预后联合组患者NIHSS、SAS、PSQI评分明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在急性脑血管病患者中采取优质护理干预联合常规护理干预,可明显改善患者神经功能缺损与睡眠情况,减轻患者病后焦虑。

Nursing Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention Combined with Routine Nursing in Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective:To observe the effect of quality nursing intervention combined with routine nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhagic vascular disease. Methods:A total of 90 patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage in the brain department of a hospital from January 2016 to February 2018 were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The control group(45 cases) received routine nursing intervention, and the combined group(45 cases) received high-quality nursing intervention combined with routine nursing. The neurological deficit score(NIHSS), anxiety score(SAS) and sleep score(PSQI) before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, NIHSS, SAS and PSQI scores of the combined group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:High quality nursing intervention combined with routine nursing intervention in patients with acute cerebrovascular disease can significantly improve neurological deficits and sleep conditions, and alleviate post-disease anxiety.
