精细化管理流程对我院住院药房处方调配速度及取药时间的影响

目的:探讨精细化管理流程在我院住院药房管理中应用效果。方法:将某院2018年1月~2018年10月400份至药房取药患者的资料作为研究对象,将2018年1月~2018年5月未实施精细化管理流程的200份作为对照组,将2018年6月~2018年10月实施精细化管理流程的200份作为观察组,观察比较两组处方调配速度、取药时间及患者满意度。结果:观察组处方调配速度及取药时间小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意度为97.00%(194/200),高于对照组85.00%(170/200)(P<0.05)。结论:精细化管理流程可提高住院药房处方调配速度,缩短取药时间,提高患者满意度。

Effect of Refined Management Process on the Prescription Dispensing Speed and Taking Time in Hospital Pharmacy

Objective:To explore the application effect of refined management process in the management of inpatient pharmacy in our hospital.Methods:The data of 400 patients who were admitted to the pharmacy from January 2018 to October 2018 in a hospital were taken as the research objects.200 samples of the refined management process from January 2018 to May 2018 were used as the control group.200 of the refined management processes from June 2018 to October 2018 were implemented as observation group,and the prescription dispensing speed,drug taking time and patient satisfaction were compared.Results:The prescription dispensing speed and drug taking time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was 97.00%(194/200),which was higher than that of the control group with 85.00%(170/200)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The refined management process can improve the speed of prescription dispensing in hospitalized pharmacies,shorten the time of taking medicines,and improve patient satisfaction.
