面颈部毛细血管畸形的整形外科治疗

目的探讨面颈部毛细血管畸形(capillarymalformation,CM)整形外科治疗的可行性及方法。方法面颈部CM手术切除后采用游离皮片、皮瓣或扩张皮瓣等方法进行修复。预构皮瓣9例,皮片移植6例,扩张皮瓣4例,单纯皮瓣转移2例。病变面积7 cm×4 cm^27 cm×21 cm。结果本组中21例患者获随访6~60个月。修复外形良好,未见明显复发。结论对于较大面积的面颈部CM,手术大部切除后采用组织移植修复,是一种可行及效果良好的方法,可以预防病变增生进展,明显改善外貌。

Plastic surgical treatment for capillary malformation of face and neck

Objective To explore the feasibility of plastic surgical treatment in capillary malformation(CM)of face and neck.Methods After operation of face and neck CM,free skin grafts,flaps or expanded flaps were used to repair the defects.There were 9 cases of prefabricated flaps,6 cases of skin grafts,4 cases of expanded flaps and 2 cases of mere flap transfer.The area of defects ranged from 7 cm×4 cm to 27 cm×21 cm.Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 60 months.The restoration contour was good,and no apparent recurrence was observed.Conclusion As for patients with large area of face and neck CM,it is a feasible and effective method to repair with tissue transplantation after surgical resection.This method can prevent the progress of proliferation and obviously improve the appearance.
