摘    要:目的:比较3种不同方法检测肺炎支原体抗体IgM结果。方法:从某院收集1832例疑似肺炎支原体感染的患儿末梢血及血清,采用胶体金法、间接荧光法、酶联免疫吸附法3种方法进行MP-IgM检测。结果:1832例中采用胶体金法检测阳性率42.07%,间接荧光法阳性率20.52%,酶联免疫吸附法阳性率21.0%,胶体金法在肺炎支原体抗体IgM检测中的阳性检出率明显高于间接荧光法和酶联免疫吸附法,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);间接荧光法与酶联免疫吸附法两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:3种方法各有优缺点,胶体金法在肺炎支原体抗体IgM检测中的阳性检出率明显高于间接荧光法和酶联免疫吸附法,且操作简便,结果报告快速,可作为临床肺炎支原体筛查指标;间接荧光法与酶联免疫吸一致性好,但操作相对繁琐,适合临床肺炎支原体抗体感染首选指标。

Abstract:Objective:To compare the IgM of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody detected by three different methods.Methods:The peripheral blood and serum of 1832 children with suspected mycoplasma pneumoniae infection from our hospital were collected,and MP-IgM was detected by colloidal gold method,indirect fluorescence method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent method.Results:The positive rate of 1832 cases was 42.07%by colloidal gold method,20.52%by indirect fluorescence method,21.0%by enzyme-linked immunosorbent method,and the positive detection rate of colloidal gold in IgM detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody was significantly higher than that of indirect fluorescence and ELISA(P<0.05),while the difference between indirect fluorescence and ELISA was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Each of the three methods has advantages and disadvantages.The colloidal gold method has a significantly higher positive detection rate in IgM detection of mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody than indirect fluorescence method and enzyme-linked immunosorbent method.It is simple to operate and the results are reported quickly.The indirect fluorescence method is consistent with the enzyme-linked immunosorption,but the operation is relatively tedious,which is suitable for the clinical mycoplasma pneumoniae antibody infection preferred index.
