口服复方短效避孕药在人工流产术后的应用

目的:探讨口服复方短效避孕药在人工流产术后的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2015年2月~2017年2月在某院接受人工流产术的92例女性患者的临床资料,根据盲选方法将其分为两组,其中对照组46例给予常规治疗,而研究组46例则加服复方短效避孕药妈富隆治疗,对比两组的效果。结果:研究组的术后恢复情况优于对照组,其子宫内膜厚度恢复情况以及有腔内残留物清除情况也均优于对照组,且术后1个月内的再次妊娠率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产手术后口服复方短效避孕药有助于促进术后恢复和提高避孕效果。

Application of Oral Compound Short-Acting Contraceptive after Artificial Abortion

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of oral compound short-acting contraceptive after induced abortion.Methods:The clinical data of 92 female patients who received artificial abortion in a hospital from February 2015 to February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the blind selection method,they were divided into two groups,among which 46 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment,while 46 cases in the study group were given combined short-acting contraceptive Marvelon treatment,and the effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The postoperative recovery of the study group was better than that of the control group,the recovery of endometrial thickness and the removal of endometrial residues were also better than that of the control group,and the rate of second pregnancy within 1 month after surgery was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the operation of artificial abortion,oral compound short-acting contraceptive is helpful to promote postoperative recovery and improve contraceptive effect.
