感染对2型糖尿病老年患者免疫功能水平影响的研究

目的:探讨感染对2型糖尿病老年患者免疫功能水平的影响。方法:选取2013年1月~2017年12月于某院接受治疗的108例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按照患者是否发生感染分成实验组和对照组,另外随机选取同期接受体检的54例健康体检者作为健康组。结果:实验组C3、C4、IgA指标水平明显高于对照组和健康组,实验组IgG指标水平明显低于对照组和健康组,健康组C3、C4、IgA指标水平最低,IgG指标水平最高,3组血清IgM指标水平对比不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),C3、C4、IgA、IgG对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病患者免疫功能指标水平出现异常,其中2型糖尿病感染患者免疫功能指标水平异常情况较为严重,2型糖尿病患者感染后免疫功能明显改变。

Effect of Infection on Immune Function Level in Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective:To explore the effect of infection on immune function level in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods:108 patients with diabetes who were treated in a hospital from January 2013 to December 2017 were enrolled.According to whether the patients were infected,254 cases were divided into experimental group and control group,and 254 patients who received physical examination at the same time were randomly selected as the healthy group.Results:The levels of C3,C4 and IgA in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group and the healthy group.The IgG level of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the healthy group.The levels of C3,C4 and IgA in the healthy group were the lowest,while the levels of IgG were the highest.The comparison of serum IgM levels in the three groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),while the comparison of C3,C4,IgA and IgG was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of immune function in patients with type 2 diabetes is abnormal.The abnormal level of immune function in patients with type 2 diabetes is more serious.The immune function of patients with type 2 diabetes was significantly changed after infection.
