儿童预防接种护理安全管理对预防接种效果的影响

目的:探讨儿童预防接种护理安全管理对预防接种效果的影响。方法:随机选取2018年1月~5月期间在中山市坦洲医院进行预防疫苗接种的儿童共计170例,分为研究组和参照组各85例。参照组采用常规预防接种护理,研究组采用儿童预防接种护理安全管理,对比分析不同组别的安全管理和护理满意度。结果:研究组疫苗接种率97.64%、预防知晓率95.29%;参照组疫苗接种率88.23%、预防知晓率76.47%,研究组明显优于参照组,统计学差异显著(P<0.05);研究组护理缺陷率0.17%,参照组护理缺陷率8.23%,研究组明显低于参照组,具明显统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组儿童家长总满意率为97.65%,参照组儿童家长总满意率为87.06%,研究组高于参照组,经统计学分析有意义(P<0.05)。结论:对儿童实施预防接种护理安全管理能够在有限减少护理缺陷的同时,提高儿童疫苗接种率及儿童家长预防知晓情况和满意度,减少医疗纠纷的发生,具有极佳的应用价值。

Effect of Safety Management of Children Vaccination Nursing on Vaccination Effect

Objective:To explore the influence of safety management of children vaccination nursing on the effect of vaccination.Methods:A total of 170 children who received vaccination in Tanzhou Hospital of Zhongshan City from January to May 2018 were randomly selected.They were divided into study group(n=85)and reference group(n=85).The control group was given routine vaccination nursing,while the study group was given safety management of children vaccination nursing.The safety management and nursing satisfaction of different groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The vaccination rate of the study group was 97.64%,the awareness rate of prevention was 95.29%,the vaccination rate of the reference group was 88.23%,and the awareness rate of prevention was 76.47%.The study group was significantly better than the reference group(P<0.05),the nursing defect rate of the study group was 0.17%,the nursing defect rate of the reference group was 8.23%,and the research group was significantly lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of long-term was 97.65%,and that of parents of children in the reference group was 87.06%.The study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing the safety management of vaccination nursing for children can not only reduce the nursing defects,but also improve the vaccination rate of children and the awareness and satisfaction of parents of children,and reduce the occurrence of medical disputes.It has a very good application value.
