女性盆底功能障碍性疾病应用三维B超的诊断效果观察

目的:对三维B超诊断女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果进行观察。方法:以某院2015年5月~2017年12月妇产科接收的产妇105例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,对照组50例接受产后二维超声检查,观察组55例接受产后三维超声检查,将两组对女性盆底功能性疾病的检出率进行比较。结果:对照组与观察组分别检出女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者32例和45例,阳性率分别为64%和81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经三维超声检出阳性患者在治疗后,隔裂孔前后径、面积、肛提肌厚度均显著改善,与治疗前存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于女性盆底结构异常患者,采用三维超声诊断具有较高的阳性率,能够正确预估病情,及时采取治疗手段,适合在临床相关疾病的诊断中广泛推广。

Observation on the Diagnostic Effect of Three-Dimensional B-Mode Ultrasonography in Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Diseases

Objective:To observe the effect of three-dimensional B-mode ultrasonography in the diagnosis of female pelvic floor dysfunction.Methods:A total of 105 cases of puerpera accepted by the department of obstetrics and gynecology of a hospital from May 2015 to December 2017 were taken as the research object and randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in the control group were examined by postpartum two-dimensional ultrasound,and 55 cases in the observation group were examined by postpartum three-dimensional ultrasound.The detection rate of female pelvic floor functional diseases was compared between the two groups.Results:32 cases of female pelvic floor dysfunction were detected in the control group and 45 cases in the observation group.The positive rates were 64% and 81.82% respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the diameter,area and levator ani muscle thickness of the septum hole in the positive patients detected by three-dimensional ultrasound were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:For female patients with abnormal pelvic floor structure,three-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis has a high positive rate,it can accurately predict the condition,take timely treatment,which is suitable to be widely used in the diagnosis of clinical related diseases.
