足月头位衔接的胎膜早破孕妇待产体位对其分娩结局的临床影响探讨

目的:研究待产体位对足月头位衔接的胎膜早破孕妇分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2017年12月期间,某院收治的100例产妇,以随机方式分为参照组与研究组各50例。参照组产妇取高臀卧位体位待产,研究组产妇以自由体位待产,对比两组产妇的分娩结局。结果:研究组产妇自然分娩率为98.00%,参照组为82.00%,研究组自然分娩率明显高于参照组(P<0.05);两组产妇的第一产程与第三产程时间无显著差异(P>0.05),而在第二产程所用的时间研究组则显著少于参照组(P<0.05),差异显著。结论:足月头位衔接的胎膜早破孕妇采取自由体位待产自然分娩更高,且安全性较高,值得在临床上积极推广应用。

Clinical Effect of Gestational Position on the Outcome of Parturition in Pregnant Women with Premature Rupture of Membranes at Full-Term Cephalic Articulation

Objective:To study the effect of gestational position on the outcome of parturition in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes at full-term cephalic articulation.Methods:A total of 100 parturient admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received high-buttock decubitus position for labor,and the research group received free position for labor,and the outcome of labor was compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of spontaneous delivery was 98.00%in the study group and 82.00%in the control group.The natural delivery rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the time between the first and third stages of labor between the two groups(P>0.05),while the time spent in the second stage of labor in the study groups was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating a significant difference.Conclusion:The free position for spontaneous delivery in pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes at full-term cephalic articulation has higher safety,which is worthy of being actively promoted and applied in clinical practice.
