淋巴结结核患儿分枝杆菌检测结果研究

摘    要:目的:研究淋巴结结核患儿分枝杆菌检测结果。方法:选取2015年9月~2018年9月某院确诊的淋巴结结核患儿157例,经细针穿刺获取病理组织后,全部患儿均行罗氏培养和涂片镜检检验,分析分枝杆菌检测结果,采用硝基苯甲酸生长试验(PNB法)鉴别培养菌菌型。结果:157例患儿分支杆菌罗氏培养阳性率为30.57%,涂片镜检阳性率为63.69%,二者结合可明确诊断者占比57.96%;涂片镜检阳性率明显高于罗氏培养阳性率(P<0.05);48株病菌分离株中结合杆菌复合群占比97.92%,非结核分枝杆菌占比2.08%。结论:儿童淋巴结结核多由结核分枝杆菌复合群感染所致,与罗氏培养法相比较,涂片镜检法可有效提高分支杆菌检验阳性率。

Abstract:Objective:To study the detection results of mycobacteria in children with lymph node tuberculosis.Methods:157 cases of children with lymph node tuberculosis diagnosed in a hospital from September 2015 to September 2018 were selected.After obtaining pathological tissues through fine-needle puncture,all the children were subjected to roche culture and smear microscopy,to analyze the results of mycobacterium detection,and the culture bacterial type was identified by the nitro-benzoic acid growth test(PNB method).Results:The positive rate of roche culture(30.57%)and the positive rate of smear microscopy(63.69%)were found in 157 cases of children,the proportion of patients diagnosed clearly by combining the two(57.96%).The positive rate of smear microscopy was significantly higher than that of roche culture(P<0.05).The proportion of the 48 strains was 97.92%,and that of the non-tuberculosis mycobacteria was 2.08%.Conclusion:Mycobacterium tuberculosis in children's lymph nodes is mostly caused by infection of mycobacterium tuberculosis complex group.Compared with roche culture method,smear microscopy can effectively improve the positive rate of mycobacteria detection.
