持续性质量改进对药房药品管理质量的影响观察

目的:探讨药房药品采用持续性质量改进模式进行管理的效果。方法:将2017年1月~2018年6月期间某院药房药品实施持续性质量改进,分析管理前后的86种药品管理情况与药剂师药品管理考核状况。结果:药房药品采用持续性质量改进模式管理后药品混放、药品过期、有效期不详、基数不合理、未按要求存放率均明显低于未管理前,且管理后药剂师药品管理知识考核评分明显高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药房药品管理采取持续质量改进,能有效提高药剂师药品管理责任感与药品管理质量。

Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement on Quality of Drug Management in Pharmacy

Objective:To discuss the effect of continuous quality improvement mode in pharmacy pharmacy management.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,the continuous quality improvement of pharmacy drugs in a hospital was carried out.The management status of 86 kinds of drugs and the assessment status of pharmacists drug management before and after the management were analyzed.Results:The drug mixing,expiration,unknown validity period,unreasonable base and unmanaged storage rate of pharmacy drugs after the application of continuous quality improvement mode management were significantly lower than those before the management,the scores of pharmacists knowledge assessment after management were significantly higher than those before management,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous quality improvement in pharmacy drug administration can effectively improve pharmacists'sense of responsibility and quality of drug administration.
