布地奈德与沙丁胺醇联合治疗急性发作期支气管哮喘的疗效与症状改善效果

目的:探讨急性发作期支气管哮喘采用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗的临床疗效。方法:随机将2015年6月~2018年6月收治的86例急性发作期支气管哮喘患者分为两组。A组采用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,B组在A组治疗基础上采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对比两组的疗效差异。结果:两组患者治疗前FVC、FEV1指标对比差异不明显(P>0.05);B组治疗后上述指标明显高于A组,临床症状消失时间明显短于A组,不良反应发生率明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性发作期支气管哮喘采用布地奈德与沙丁胺醇治疗,能有效消除患者的临床症状,改善其肺功能,有利于患者康复。

Efficacy and Symptomatic Improvement of Budesonide Combined with Salbutamol in the Treatment of Acute Exacerbation of Bronchial Asthma

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of budesonide combined with salbutamol in the treatment of acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 86 patients with acute stage bronchial asthma admitted from June 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A was treated with salbutamol aerosol inhalation.Group B was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of group A.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in FVC and FEV1 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,the disappearance time of clinical symptoms was significantly shorter than that in group A,and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide and salbutamol can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms,improve the pulmonary function and benefit the rehabilitation of patients with acute attack bronchial asthma.
