胃癌患者术前胃镜活检与术后标本病理诊断的临床比较

目的:探究胃癌患者术前胃镜活检与术后标本病理诊断的临床比较。方法:择取2018年2月~2019年9月期间在某院进行治疗的56例胃癌患者为实验对象,本组患者术前均开展胃镜活检,术后均进行标本病理诊断,对两种诊断方法的胃癌确诊率以及胃癌病理诊断类型进行比较分析。结果:术后病理诊断结果显示,胃癌确诊率相比术前胃镜活检确诊率更高,差异显著,在统计学中有意义(P<0.05);术前胃镜活检对粘液腺癌以及乳头腺癌诊出率相比术后标本病理检查更高,而对管状腺癌和印戒细胞癌的检出率相比术后病理标本检查更低,差异显著,在统计学中有意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对胃癌诊断中,术前胃镜活检和术后标本病理检查结果之间有差异,其中术前胃镜活检对患者早期治疗有重要作用,可结合两种诊断方法提升患者确诊率,以便对临床工作作出更有效的指导。

Clinical Comparison between Preoperative Gastroscopy Biopsy and Postoperative Pathological Diagnosis of Gastric Cancer Patients

Objective:Toexplore the clinical comparison between preoperative gastroscopy biopsy and postoperative pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer patients. Methods:56 patients with gastric cancer treated in a hospital from February 2018 to September 2019 were selected as experimental subject.All patients underwent gastroscopy biopsy before surgery and pathological diagnosis after surgery. The diagnostic rate of gastric cancer and the type of pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer were compared and analyzed. Results: Postoperative pathological diagnosis showed that the rate of gastric cancer diagnosis was higher than that of preoperative gastroscopy,which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The detection rate of mucinous adenocarcinoma and papillary adenocarcinoma by preoperative endoscopic biopsy was higher than that by postoperative pathological examination, while the detection rate of tubular adenocarcinoma and signet ring cell carcinoma was lower than that by postoperative pathological examination,which the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the diagnosis of gastric cancer, there are differences between the results of preoperative gastroscopy biopsy and postoperative specimen pathological examination.Preoperative gastroscopy biopsy plays an important role in the early treatment of patients, and the two diagnostic methods can be combined to improve the diagnosis rate of patients, so as to give more effective guidance to clinical work.
