双氯芬酸钠栓术后镇痛效果及不良反应研究

目的:探析双氯芬酸钠栓用于术后镇痛的有效性及不良反应。方法:选取2018年8月~2019年7月于某院择期手术的120例患者为主要对象,采用数字随机表法分为对照组与观察组各60例,所有患者均需要术后镇痛。对照组采用曲马多镇痛,观察组采用双氯芬酸钠栓镇痛,对两种镇痛方法的有效性及安全性进行比较。结果:观察组患者术后1d、术后3d、术后7d的疼痛程度均轻于对照组,两组对比有显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在术后镇痛中应用双氯芬酸钠栓可获得理想的镇痛效果,有效缓解患者的疼痛程度,且用药安全性较高,值得在临床上推广应用。

Analgesic Effect and Adverse Reactionsof Sodium Diclofenac Suppository after Operation

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and adverse reactions of diclofenac sodium suppository for postoperative analgesia.Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent elective surgery in a hospital from August 2018 to July 2019 were enrolled.All patients required postoperative analgesia.The patients were divided into 60 cases by digital random table method.The control group received tramadol analgesia.The observation group was treated with diclofenac sodium for analgesia.The effectiveness and safety of the two analgesic methods were compared.Results:The pain degree of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group at 1 day,3 days after surgery and 7 days after operation.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of diclofenac sodium in the postoperative analgesia can achieve the ideal analgesic effect,effectively alleviate the pain level of patients,and the safety of medication is high,which is worthy of clinical application.
