脑出血患者手术后护理干预分析

目的:观察探讨对脑出血患者手术后护理干预的措施及效果。方法:在2017年1月~2018年12月期间某院收治的脑出血患者90例作为本次实验的观察对象,按照护理方法的不同平均分成观察和对照组各45例,给予观察组综合护理干预,对照组常规护理干预,总结对比两组患者的术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组和对照组患者的术后并发症发生率分别为13.33%和35.56%,两组并发症发生率比较结果差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:该病患者经过术后综合护理干预后恢复质量有效提高,并发症的发生概率大大降低,对患者恢复日常生活能力有利,其临床意义积极。

Analysis of Nursing Intervention in Patients with Intracerebral Hemorrhage after Operation

Objective:To observe the measures and effects of nursing intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage after operation.Methods:90 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to a hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the observation objects of this experiment,and were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 45 patients in each group.Comprehensive nursing intervention was given to the observation group,and routine nursing intervention was given to the control group,to summarize and compare the occurrence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications was 13.33%in the observation group and 35.56%in the control group.By comparison,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the post-operation comprehensive nursing intervention,the recovery quality of the patient is improved,the occurrence probability of the complication is greatly reduced,and the patient's ability to recover daily life is favorable,and the clinical significance is positive.
