舒芬太尼与右美托咪定在ICU镇痛镇静治疗中的应用价值探讨

目的:探讨ICU患者采取舒芬太尼与右美托咪定进行镇痛镇静治疗的应用效果。方法:将2017年1月~2018年6月收治的86例ICU患者随机分为两组,参照组采用右美托咪定麻醉,研究组采用舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定麻醉,比较两组的麻醉效果。结果:研究组患者麻醉后6h、12h、24h的Ramsay评分与不良反应发生率明显低于参照组,停药后唤醒时间、达到目标镇静时间明显短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒芬太尼联合右美托咪定用于ICU患者麻醉治疗,镇痛镇静效果显著,且治疗安全性更高,适合在临床上应用。

ApplicationValue of Sufentanil and Dexmedetomidine in ICU Analgesia and Sedation

Objective:To discuss the application value of sufentanil and dexmedetomidine in ICU analgesia and sedation.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2018,86 patients in ICU were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was anesthetized with dexmedetomidine and the study group was anesthetized with sufentanil and dexmedetomidine.The anesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The Ramsay score and the incidence of adverse reactions at 6,12 and 24 hours after anesthesia in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the awakening time and target sedation time after drug withdrawal were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine for anesthesia treatment in ICU patients,the analgesic and sedative effect is significant,and the treatment safety is higher,suitable for clinical application.
