曲美他嗪结合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心衰对患者心功能的影响分析

目的:探讨慢性心衰(CHF)患者采用曲美他嗪联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月~2018年6月治疗CHF的90例患者进行随机分组,A组采用常规治疗联合曲美他嗪治疗,B组在A组治疗基础上采用芪苈强心胶囊治疗,比较两组的疗效差异。结果:两组患者治疗前LVEF、LVESD、LVEDD指标对比差异不明显(P>0.05);B组治疗后LVESD、LVEDD指标明显低于A组,LVEF指标、治疗总有效率明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CHF患者采用芪苈强心胶囊联合曲美他嗪治疗,能有效改善患者的心功能,提高其临床疗效。

Effect of Trimetazidine Combined with Qili Qiangxin Capsule on Cardiac Function in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective:To discuss clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods:90 patients with CHF treated from March 2015 to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. Group A was treated with conventional therapy combined with trimetazidine. Group B was added with Qilu Qiangxin capsule on the basis of group A. The difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the indexes of LVEF, LVESD and LVEDD between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the indexes of LVESD and LVEDD in group B were significantly lower than those in group A, and the indexes of LVEF and the total effective rate of treatment were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion:Qilu Qiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine can effectively improve the cardiac function and clinical efficacy of CHF patients.
