曲美他嗪联合氯沙坦对心力衰竭患者BNP、NE水平及心功能的影响

目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合氯沙坦对心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及左心室射血分数(LVEF)的影响。方法:选择2017年5月~2019年5月某院收治的心力衰竭患者128例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各64例,对照组使用盐酸曲美他嗪片,观察组在对照组基础上增加氯沙坦钾片,两组患者均治疗60d,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗60d后血浆BNP、NE水平及LVEF情况。结果:治疗前两组患者BNP、NE、LVEF比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者BNP、NE水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,LVEF指数高于治疗前,且与对照组比较,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪联合氯沙坦治疗心力衰竭患者,能够降低患者BNP、NE水平,提高心功能LVEF指数,值得临床推广使用。

Effect of Trimetazidine and Losartan on BNP,NE Level and Heart Function in Patients with Heart Failure

Objective:To investigate the effects of trimetazidine and losartan on plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),norepinephrine(NE),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in patients with heart failure.Methods:A total of 128 patients with heart failure admitted in a hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 64 cases in each.The control group was treated with trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets and the observation group.Losartan potassium tablets were added on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients were treated for 60 days.The levels of plasma BNP,NE and LVEF were compared between the two groups before and after 60 days of treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in BNP,NE,and LVEF between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of BNP and NE in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group.The index was higher than before treatment,and compared with the control group,the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with losartan in patients with heart failure can reduce BNP and NE levels and increase cardiac function LVEF index,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
