妊娠期女性经鼻超细胃镜、普通胃镜与无痛胃镜的差异

目的:研究比较妊娠期女性经鼻超细胃镜、普通胃镜与无痛胃镜的安全性和耐受性。方法:选取于2017年1月~2019年1月在某院行胃镜检查的76例患者,根据检查方式分组,经鼻超细胃镜组25例,普通胃镜组24例,无痛胃镜组27例,比较生命体征指标、检查耐受性及安全性。结果:经鼻超细胃镜组检查中收缩压、舒张压和心率有所升高,与检查前相比无显著差异(P>0.05),普通胃镜组则明显升高(P<0.05),而无痛胃镜组有所下降(P<0.05),3组检查中血氧饱和度均有所降低,但无统计学意义;经鼻超细胃镜组、无痛胃镜组的不良反应发生率明显低于普通胃镜组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期女性行胃镜检查中采用经鼻超细胃镜、无痛胃镜的耐受性优于普通胃镜,检查安全性高,可保障患者检查中的生命体征指标稳定,值得进一步推广和应用。

A Comparative Study onthe Differences of Nasal Ultrafine Gastroscopy,General Gastroscopy and Painless Gastroscopy in Pregnant Women

Objective:To compare the safety and tolerability of nasal ultrafine gastroscopy,general gastroscopy and painless gastroscopy in pregnant women.Methods:A total of 76 patients who underwent gastroscopy in a hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected.They were divided into three groups,with 25 cases in the nasal ultrafine gastroscopy group,24 cases in the normal gastroscopy group and 27 cases in the painless gastroscopy group according to the examination methods.To compare vital signs,examination tolerance and safety.Results:The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and heart rate were increased in the nasal ultrafine gastroscopy group,while has no significant difference compared with that before the examination(P>0.05);The normal gastroscopy group increased significantly(P<0.05),while the painless gastroscopy group decreased(P<0.05).The blood oxygen saturation decreased in all three groups,but there was no statistical significance.The incidence of adverse reactions in nasal ultrafine gastroscopy group and painless gastroscopy group was significantly lower than that in normal gastroscopy group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal ultrafine gastroscopy and painless gastroscopy are better than normal gastroscopy in the endoscopy of pregnant women,and have higher safety,which can ensure the stability of vital signs in the examination of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of further promotion and application.
