家长参与护理对小儿内科患者治疗依从性和睡眠质量的影响分析

目的:研究家长参与护理对小儿内科患者治疗依从性和睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2018年1 月至2019年1 月厦门市妇幼保健院儿内科一区收治的小儿内科患者60例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加入家长参与辅助护理,比较2组患儿不同护理模式下治疗依从性与睡眠质量的变化情况.结果:观察组患儿与对照组患儿在住院过程中对诊疗的配合度分别为96.67%,80.00%;观察组患儿与对照组患儿护理后睡眠质量评分分别为(5.25 ±0.28)分,(8.55 ±0.76)分;2组患儿的依从性与护理后睡眠质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:家长参与护理作为常规护理的辅助手段能够帮助小儿内科患者治疗依从性的提高及睡眠质量的改善,值得借鉴推广.

Analysis on the Influence of Parental Participation on Treatment Compliance and Sleep Quality of Pediatric Medical Patients

Objective:To investigate the effect of parental involvement in nursing on treatment compliance and sleep quality of pediatric medical patients.Methods:A total of 60 patients with pediatric medicine in Xiamen city maternal and child health care and medical area of as the research object,were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group,control group given routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of conventional nursing care to parents to participate in secondary care,compared two groups of children of different treatment adherence nursing mode and the change of sleep quality.Results:The coordination between observation group and control group was 96.67%and 80.00%,respectively.The scores of sleep quality after nursing were(5.25±0.28)and(8.55±0.76)respectively in the observation group and the control group.The difference between compliance and sleep quality score after nursing was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:As an auxiliary means of routine nursing care,parental participation in nursing can help improve the treatment compliance and sleep quality of pediatric internal medicine patients,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
