卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液预防宫缩乏力产后出血的效果观察

目的:探讨应用卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液预防宫缩乏力产后出血的效果。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月在某院行剖宫产的60例孕产妇作为分析对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各30例。对照组产妇给予缩宫素治疗,观察组产妇给予卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,比较两组产妇第三产程时间、术后出血量(术后2h、术后24h),记录两组产妇临床疗效。结果:观察组产妇第三产程时间、术后出血量均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液预防宫缩乏力产后出血疗效显著,能有效缩短产妇第三产程时间,降低产后出血率。

Observation on the Effect of Carboprost Tromethamine Injection in Preventing Postpartum Hemorrhage Due to Uterine Inertia

Objective:To investigate the effect of carboprost tromethamine injection in preventing postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine inertia. Methods:Sixty pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in a hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group received oxytocin treatment in the women, and the pregnant women in the observation group were given carboprost tromethamine injection. The third stage of labor and the postoperative blood loss(2 h after surgery and 24 h after surgery) were compared between the two groups. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was recorded. Results: The third stage of labor and postoperative bleeding in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Carbaryl tromethamine injection is effective in preventing postpartum hemorrhage due to uterine atony, which can effectively shorten the third stage of labor and reduce the postpartum hemorrhage rate.
