中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征临床疗效观察

目的:探讨益气活血方联合西药治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法:将62例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各31例,对照组口服泼尼松标准疗程治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服益气活血方治疗,治疗12周后观察两组疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率90.32%,对照组总有效率70.97%,二者差异有统计学意义(χ^2=15.237,P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率16.13%,治疗组不良反应发生率19.35%,二者差异无统计学意义(χ^2=1.254,P>0.05)。结论:益气活血方联合西药治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效显著且安全性好,该治疗方案值得在临床上推广。

Clinical Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods:62 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated with prednisone standard course.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.After 12 weeks of treatment,the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.32%,and that of the control group was 70.97%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=15.237,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.13%in the control group and 19.35%in the treatment group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=1.254,P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with western medicine is effective and safe in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
