血液生化检验时发生血清胆固醇异常的主要原因及处理要点分析

目的:分析血液生化检验时发生血清胆固醇异常的主要原因及处理要点。方法:选取来自某院自2016年1月~2019年1月接诊的血液生化检验患者100例,对患者血清胆固醇异常的原因进行统计学分析,并提出相关的处理对策。结果:100例研究对象中,94例血清胆固醇水平升高,占94.00%(94/100);其中22例遗传性型高脂蛋白血病、18例混合性高脂蛋白血症、20例LOL-R缺陷、10例肝脏病变、7例糖尿病、3例用药所致;2例肾病综合征、5例类脂性肾病、4例慢性肾炎、3例甲状腺功能减退。6例血清胆固醇水平降低占6.00%(6/100),其中2例a脂蛋白血症、1例无β脂蛋白血症、1例肝硬化、1例贫血、1例甲亢。原发性血清胆固醇升高所占比显著高于继发性血清胆固醇升高所占比,P<0.05。结论:血液生化检验过程中以血清胆固醇水平升高最为多见,应当引起临床高度重视与关注,告知患者合理控制体重与饮食,定期进行适当的运动锻炼,避免血清胆固醇升高,提高患者身体素质。

Analysis of the Main Causes and Treatment Points of Serum Cholesterol Abnormality in Blood Biochemical Tests

Objective:To analyze the main causes and treatment points of serum cholesterol abnormality in blood biochemical tests.Methods:100 patients with blood biochemical tests who were admitted to a hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were included in the study.The causes of abnormal serum cholesterol were statistically analyzed and relevant treatment strategies were proposed.Results:Among the 100 subjects,94 had elevated serum cholesterol,accounting for 94.00%(94/100);Among them,there were 22 cases of hereditary hyperlipoproteinemia,18 cases of mixed hyperlipoproteinemia,20 cases of LOL-R defect,10 cases of liver disease,7 cases of diabetes,and 3 cases of drug use.There were 2 cases of nephrotic syndrome,5 cases of lipid nephropathy,4 cases of chronic nephritis and 3 cases of hypothyroidism.Serum cholesterol level decreased in 6 cases,accounting for 6.00%(6/100);There were 2 cases of a lipoproteinemia,1 case of apo lipoproteinemia,1 case of cirrhosis,1 case of anemia and 1 case of hyperthyroidism.The proportion of elevated serum cholesterol was significantly higher than that of secondary serum cholesterol,P<0.05.Conclusion:The highest level of serum cholesterol in the blood biochemical test process should be highly valued and paid attention to,and the patients should be informed of proper weight control and diet,carry out proper exercise regularly,avoid serum cholesterol rise,and improve the physical quality of the patients.
