高原地区老年人心电图改变分析

目的]研究不同出生地而长期生活于高海拔地区老年人心电图改变的特点。方法]用回顾性队列调查方法对出生地不同,年龄和生活地区海拔高度一致的三组老年人群进行心电图对比分析。结果]平原移居组心电图总异常比例(73.1%)显著高于中度海拔移居组(64.8%)和高原世居组(58.9%)。平原移居组在单项心电轴左偏、窦性心动过速、ST段-T波改变发生率比高原移居组和世居组显著提高(P<0.05);心电轴右偏、心动过缓、心律不齐、右心室肥厚明显降低(P<0.05)。结论]长期生活于海拔3000m~4200m地区的老年人心电图异常率明显高于平原地区的同龄人,而不同出生地的老人异常项目有明显不同。

ECG Change in Elder Subjects Born at Different Altitude

Objective] To study the characteristics of elder population,who were born at different altitude but have been living at altitude of 3 000 - 4 200 m. Methods] 510 subjects were enrolled,among them 245 were assigned to the lowland migrated group( born at sea level),175 to the highland migrated group(born at middle high altitude),and 90 to the native high altitude group. They were over 60 years of age and have been living at high altitude for more than 15 years. The ECG were examined. Results] The changes in ECG were significantly different between lowland group and other two groups,and the abnormal ECG changes were observed more in our study than those in other reports. Conclusion] The changes in ECG of elder population living always at high altitude are more abnormal and there is a significant difference in various population born at various altitude.
