| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人性化护理在临床实践中的意义。方法加强全院护士人性化服务理念的培训，整群选择本院的住院病人及全体护士作干预前后比较分析。结果住院病人患病行为各因子均较干预前有所改善，护理满意及护理服务质量有显著提高。结论人性化护理的实践可提高护理质量，加强医院竞争力。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of humanized nursing in clinical practice. Methods The idea of humanized nursing was strengthened in all nurses, the state of inpatients and nurses before and after intervention were compared and analyzed. Results All kind of factors of disease had been improved. The inpatients' satisfaction to nurse and quality of nursing have got significant improvement. Conclusions Humanized nursing can enhance the nursing quality and the competition of the hospital. |
