| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨三七皂甙对冠脉内支架植入术后 QT离散度的影响。方法 选择冠脉内支架植入术后病人随机分为试验组和对照组 ,分别给三七皂甙或安慰剂 ,测定病人用药前后 QT离散度。结果 试验组的 QT离散度比对照组的低 (P<0 .0 1 )。结论 三七皂甙可降低冠脉内支架植入术后 QT离散度。

| Abstract: | Objectives To inverstigate the effect of Panax Notoginseng Saponins (PNS) on QT dispersions(QTd) of patient who underwent intraconcorary stent implantationMethods Cases were randomized into experiment (E) group administered with PNS and control (C) group done with placebo. QT dispersions of every case were measured before and after administration. Results QT dispersions of E were lower than those of C( P <0.01).Conclusions PNS can be used to reduce QT dispersions of patients undergoing the implantation. |
