奥运城市秦皇岛无烟环境调查分析

目的 了解奥运城市秦皇岛公共场所的无烟状况、烟草广告的设置情况和地方性控烟办法的出台及实施情况，促进2008年无烟奥运城市环境的创建．为政府及相关部门制定相关政策提供科学依据。方法 搜集基础数据。初步确定各类研究对象的样本数量．设计统一的调查表，选择调查员进行培训，进入现场调查。调查结果经过核实无误后，统一录入Excel电子表格．用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果 共调查有效样本670个。公共场所641个，禁烟的247个，占37．6％。城市建成区27个场所．烟草广告13个．占48．1％。地方性控烟规定仅2个。结论 秦皇岛市尚未达到无烟奥运的要求，差距还很大。作为奥运城市．秦皇岛市承载着文化和体育的双重功能，责任重大，任务紧迫。建议加强健康教育，完善地方法规，开展戒烟科研和国际合作。

Analysis About an Investigate of Status of Non-tobacco Smoking Environment in Olympic City Qinhuangdao

OBJECTIVE To investigate status of non-tobacco smoking in public places, tobacco advertisement and local tobacco control rules. To promote the building of 2008 non-tobacco smoking Olympic City. To offer scientific basis for the government and related department to make policy. METHODS To Collect basic data to define the size of sample about objects. To fill the date in the designed from with Excel （Software） . Analyses with SPSS （statistic software） . To choose investigator trained. RESULTS In this investigation 670 effective samples are obtained. 641 public places are investigated, of which 247 are tobacco-banned which is 37.6% of the total. within 27 built places, 13 advertisement are found which is 48.1% of the total. Only 2 local tobacco control rules are obtained. CONCLUSION It is far from reaching Olympic city, Qinhuangdao plays a dual-role in both culture and sport. It is urgent for us to fulfill the task. We propose to strengthen health education, perfect local rules to cooperate with international agency or department in tobaccobanning scientific research.
