摘    要:目的 :建立流动注射络合显色吸光光度法测定血清钙的分析方法。方法 :流动注射络合反应 ,吸光光度法定量。结果 :建立起以 0 .80 %氢氧化钾— 0 .0 2 %钙色素溶液为显色剂 ,3%甘油溶液为载液的流动注射吸光光度法测定血清钙的分析方法 (λ=5 10nm) ,钙在 0~ 2 0mg/dl有良好线性关系 (r >0 .999)。对 6件血清标本进行 6次测定 ,RSD为 1.5 %~ 5 .6 % ,平均为 3.2 %。 5件血清标本加标回收率在 91.5 %~ 10 8% ,平均94 8%。用本法和火焰原子吸收法同时测定血清标本 ,两法相比无显著差异 (t=1.930 ,P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :操作简便快速、结果准确 ,有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective:To set up practical method for determine of the amounts of calcium in samples of serum. Method:The reacting liquid was collected by flow-injection. Photometry was used. Results:A new photometry for determine of calcium is set up by using 0.80%KOH-0.020%Cyclotris-7-(1-azo-8-hydroxynaphthalene-3,6-disulfonic acid)as color-developing agent and 3%Propenyl alcohol as flowing-liquid. The peack currents is proportional to the concentration of calcium in the range of 0-20mg/dl(r>0.999)under the best test conditions (λ=510nm).The relative standard deviations (6 determinations) for 6 sorts of samples are 1.5%~5.6%,and the average is 3.2%.The recovery rates of five samples are in the range of 91.5%~108%,and the average is 94.8%. The results (3 determinations) of serum for the samples (21sorts) obtained by the methods are in agreement with that flame atomic absorption of the standard methods of each sample (t=1.930,P>0.05). Conclusion:The methods is accurate sensitive ,and simple.This methods has a high value of usage.
