牙体缺损伴食物嵌塞的烤瓷冠修复

口腔修复烤瓷冠治疗的患者中有半数以上的中老年患者存在着不同程度的牙槽骨吸收和牙龈退缩情况，这类患者通常伴有水平性食物嵌塞症状。这使原来单纯的冠修复增加了防止食物水平嵌塞的要求，使冠修复的难度加大。我们针对不同类型的患者采用了防嵌烤瓷冠并配合调磨吸合等方法，收到满意效果。

Restoration of Porcelain Corona of Tooth Defect with Food Impaction

Among the patients treated with porcelain corona to restore mouth cavity, more than half of the middle and old age patients have different degrees of alveolar resorption and gingival recession. This kind of patients usually have symptom of horizontal food impaction. This makes simple restoration of corona to be added with the requirement of preventing horizontal food impaction, and increase difficulty of restoration of corona. We adopt porcelain corona and methods of polishing teeth with special instruments to various patients. It has achieved the satisfactory effect.
