| 摘 要： | 作者报道一75岁女性恶性黑色素瘤患者，以高钙血症表现就诊。虽然对其进行积极治疗，但临床状况仍每况愈下。头部CT和X线检查提示多发性骨髓瘤，但骨髓检查显示为转移性恶性黑色素瘤。很少有黑色素瘤患者出现这些特征，此报道进一步说明了密切随访的重要性，并揭示了该病的侵袭特性。

| Abstract: | We report a 75-year-old female patient with a background of malignant melanoma who presented with hypercalcaemia to our institution. She was aggressively treated but declined clinically. Computed tomography head and X-ray studies were suggestive of multiple myeloma, but bone marrow examination was significant for metastatic malignant melanoma. Very few patients with melanoma present with these features, and it further exemplifies the importance of close follow-up and the aggressive nature of this disease process. |
