活血通脉灵对心肌缺血大鼠血浆内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽的影响

摘    要:目的探讨活血通脉灵(HXTML)对异丙肾上腺素(ISO)所致心肌缺血大鼠心肌血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响。方法将50只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、药物组及活血通脉灵大剂量组(HXTMLmax)和活血通脉灵小剂量组(HXTMLmin),采用ISO复制心肌缺血模型,通过放射免疫法检测ET和CGRP水平。结果模型组血浆ET水平较空白组升高(P0.01),药物组及HXTMLmax组和HXTMLmin组较模型组水平明显降低(P0.05或0.01)。模型组血浆CGRP水平较空白组降低,与模型组比较,HXTMLmax组和HXTMLmin组CGRP水平较高。结论活血通脉灵能降低心肌缺血损伤大鼠血浆ET含量,升高CGRP,对血管内皮功能有一定改善作用。

Abstract:Objective It is to study the effects of Huoxue Tongmai Ling(HXTML) on the levels of plasma endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in rats with myocardial ischemic induced by isoproterenol(ISO).Methods 50 healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group,model group,Aspirin group,high dosage of HXTML(HXTMLmax group and low dosage HXTML(HXTMLmin) group.Myocardial ischemic models were established with ISO.Radioimmunoassay was taken to determine ET and CGRP in plasma.Results The level of plasma ET in model group was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the level of ET was lower in Aspirin,HXTMLmax and HXTMLmin groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The level of plasma CGRP in model group was lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The levels of CGRP in HXTMLmax and HXTMLmin group were higher than those in model group(P<0.01).Conclusion HXTML can decrease the level of plasma ET and increase CGRP in myocardial ischemic rats,which is indicated that it has some particular protective effects on the blood vessel endothelial function.
