斜视矫正术后结膜切口愈合不良的原因

目的探讨水平性斜视矫正术后结膜切口愈合不良的原因。方法回顾五年来所旋水平性斜视矫正术146例（169眼）中采取不同方式结膜切口的愈合情况。结果术后1周146例（169眼），其中143例（166眼）结膜切口愈合良好，3例（3眼）结膜切口愈合不良。均为加强肌对应的结膜采取直肌止处的弧行结膜切口方式。结论斜视矫正术结膜切口方式多种，选择加强肌对应的结膜切口不宜与直肌止处的弧形结膜切口相对应。
