| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效.方法将72例小儿支原体肺炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组42例服用中药,施以祛邪化痰、通络扶正之法,配合大环内酯类药物治疗;对照组30例单纯用大环内酯类药物治疗.结果治疗组治愈21例,有效17例,总有效率为90.48%;对照组治愈13例,有效8例,总有效率为70.00%.两组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论中西医结合治疗小儿支原体肺炎比单用西药治疗疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of the therapy combining Chinese and western medicine on infantile mycoplasmal pneumonia (IMP). Method The patients were divided randomly into two groups. Group 1 (n=42) was given Chineses medical therapy of resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals matched macrolide. Group 2 (n=30) was given macrolide only. Result The total effective rate in group 1 was 90.4% with 21 cases cured and 17 had effective results. In group 2 the total effective rate was 70% with 13 cases cured and 8 cases had effective results. There was a significant difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The therapy combining Chinese and western medicine for IMP has more remarkable effect than western medicine only. |
