去甲肾上腺素盐水洗胃液对洗胃中胃黏膜出血的影响

目的探讨去甲肾上腺素生理盐水洗胃液对中毒病人洗胃中胃黏膜出血的影响。方法对因中毒进行洗胃的150例病人随机分为三组,A组50例病人用清水洗胃;B组50例病人用0.001%去甲肾上腺素洗胃液洗胃;C组50例病人用0.008%去甲肾上腺素洗胃液洗胃。从洗胃管和储液瓶中观察洗胃液是否有血性液。结果A组胃黏膜出血15人,B组6人,C组3人,出血率分别是30%、12%、6%。说明用去甲肾上腺素洗胃液洗胃,胃黏膜出血的发生率比清水组低。结论去甲肾上腺素洗胃液能有效减少中毒病人洗胃中胃黏膜的出血和并发症,提高中毒病人的洗胃效果。

Study on the effect stomach mucous membrane's bleeding by Norepinephrine brine washing

Objective To explore the problem with stomach mucous membrane's bleeding during the washing course by norepinephrine physiological brine for patients with all kinds of poison.Method 150 poisoned patients were randomly divide into three groups,Group A,Group B and Group C,there are 50 patients in each group.In group A,the patients' stomachs are washed with clean water.In group B,the patients' stomachs are washed with norepinephrine brine washing stomach liquid whose density is 0.01%.To the patients in Group C,norepinephrine washing stomach liquid with its density 0.008% is used to wash their stomachs.The researchers observe the washing stomach tubes and storing liquid bottles to see if there is any blood in the washing stomach liquid.Result In group A,15 patients have blood in their stomach mucous membrane;in group B,6 patients have this phenomenon and in group C,only 3 patients.The bleeding rates of the three groups are 30%,12%,6%.The happening rate of stomach mucous membrane bleeding by using norepinephrne washing stomach liquid to wash stomach is lower than that by using clean water.Conclusion Norepinephrine brine stomach washing liquid can effectively intervene stomach mucous membrane's bleeding while washing the stomachs of all kinds of poisoned patients,reduce complications and improve the effect of washing poisoned patients' stomachs.
