| 摘 要： | 目的改良经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法回顾性总结2006年3月-2007年11月采用经闭孔无张力尿道中段悬吊术治疗SUI临床资料50例。结果50例病人49例治愈，1例改善，平均手术时间13～15min，平均出血20mL，术中无脏器损伤。结论改良TVT-O术式操作简便快捷，具有安全、微创、并发症少的优点，是治疗女性SUI的安全有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of the modified Tension Free Vaginal Tape Obturator Technique（TVT-O） procedure in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods 50 cases of female stress urinary incontinence treated by modified TVT-O procedure from March 2006 to November 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 49 cases were successfully cured and 1 case were enhanced by the modified TVT-O procedure,the mean operation time was 13-15 minutes. No organ injury were recorded among all the operation. Conclusion Modified TVT-O procedure is simple and minimally invasive with lower complication rate, It is a satisfactory technique for the surgical treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. |
