精液中HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ含量与精子质量关系的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨精液中透明质酸(HA),层粘连蛋白(LN),Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ),IV型胶原(CⅣ)与男性精子质量的关系。方法:采用放射免疫分析法分别检测60例男性生育者和不育者精液中的HA、LN、PCⅢ、CⅣ,并进行精子质量分析。结果:精液液化时间正常与异常组精液中HA、PCⅢ、CⅣ及LN含量差异无统计学意义;精子密度正常组精液中HA、PCⅢ及LN含量明显高于异常组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两组中CⅣ含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);精子活动率异常组精液中HA和LN含量明显高于正常组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而两组中的PCⅢ和CⅣ含量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:精液中HA、LN的升高可能是生精功能活跃的表现,且不排除HA、LN是刺激男性生精因素的可能,测定精液中HA、LN的含量可以间接了解生育能力。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the Correlation between the Hyaluronic Acid(HA),Laminin(LN),type Ⅲ Procollagnase(PCⅢ),and type ⅣCollagnase(CⅣ)in semen and the sperm quality.Methods:HA,LN,PCⅢ,and CⅣ in sixty person's semen from normal fertile and infertile man were detected by radioimmunoassay,and analyzed the sperm quality simultaneously.Results:The contents of HA,PCⅢ and LN in semen in abnormal spermatozoal fluidization group were significantly higher than those in normal spermatozoal fluidization group(P<0.01),but the content of CⅣ between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Sperm motility in abnormal group was significantly higher than that in normal group(P<0.01),but the contents of PCⅢ and CⅣ between the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).The content of HA and LN in semen were correlated with the sperm count and sperm motility.Conclusion:The increase of HA and LN in semen may be the active manifestation of spermatogenic function,and it could not be ruled out the possibility of HA and LN as a spermatogenic factor.The content of HA and LN in semen may be a detection index to know the reproductive capacity.
