抗精神病药物致高血糖症相关因素探讨

目的:了解抗精神病药物治疗的精神分裂症患者血糖增高情况及与其相关的因素。方法:随机抽取沈阳市安宁医院及铁西神经精神病医院目前住院≥4周的精神分裂症患者560例进行高血糖症相关因素调查,并用X2检验对数据进行统计学处理。结果:高血糖症发生率为11.1％,为普通人群糖尿病2.5％发生率的4倍,年龄大、病程长、糖尿病家族史阳性、服用非经典抗精神病药物及联合用药患者高血糖症发生率高。结论:高血糖症的发生可能是抗精神病药物所致的一种延迟性慢性药物不良反应的表现,如对相关因素加以干预,有助于降低精神分裂症患者发生高血糖症的危险。

The Exploration of Factors Related to Hyperglycemia Caused by Antipsychotics

Objective: To explore the correlated factors of schizophrenic patients treated by antipsychotics with hyperglycemia. Methods: In Shenyang Anning Hospital and Shenyang Tiexi Mental Hospital, investigation of correlated factors about 560 schizophrenic patients exceeded 4 weeks with hyperglycemia were conducted and statistically treated by x2 test. Results:The prevalence rate of hyperglycemia was 11.1% in total, and it was 4 times of the rate DM of general population(2.5% ). Higher incidence of hyperglycemia in schizophrenic patients was related to the length of course, patients' age, positive family history of DM and taking unclassics and combination of antipsychotics. Conclusion: The hyperglycemia might be a delaying chronic adverse drug reaction(ADR). It' s available to reduce the danger of the incidence of hyperglycemia in schizophrenic patients if we intervene the factors related.
