复方甘氨酸钙对氢化可的松致骨质疏松模型大鼠的防治作用

摘    要:目的:探讨复方甘氨酸钙对氢化可的松所致大鼠骨质疏松的防治作用。方法:60只♂Wistar大鼠随机分为模型组、复方甘氨酸钙大、中、小剂量组和钙尔奇D组,同时设正常组。除正常组外,其余各组肌肉注射氢化可的松建立骨质疏松模型并灌服相应药物,正常组和模型组连续2wk灌服溶媒。实验结束后处死大鼠,取血、股骨、椎骨等测定各实验指标。结果:复方甘氨酸钙各剂量组血清钙、磷水平,椎骨压缩及股骨三点弯曲最大负荷、最大桡度,骨密度及骨矿物质含量与模型组比较,均有显著升高(P<0·01或P<0·05),碱性磷酸酶活性显著降低(P<0·01或P<0·05)。结论:复方甘氨酸钙对氢化可的松所致大鼠骨质疏松有良好的防治作用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of Compound Glycine-calcium on osteoporosis rats induced by hydrocortisone. METHODS: 60 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups: model group, Caltrate D group, high dose Compound Glycine-calcium, middle dose Compound Glycine-calcium, low dose Compound Glycine-calcium group, and normal control group. All rats except those in the control group were injected i.m. with 25mg/kg hydrocortisone to make model in addition to be administered by gavage with corresponding drugs. The normal group and model group was administered by gavage with solvent for two weeks. When the experiment was concluded, the rats were put to death, with blood, femur and vertebrae samples taken for the determination of experimental data. RESULTS: In Compound Glycine-calcium groups (at high, medium and low doses) compared with model group, serum levels of Ca2 and P, compression of vertebrae, the maximal load and three-point bending maximal deformation of femur, bone density and bone mineral content were all significantly increased (P<0.01 or P<0.05), but the level of alkaline phosphatase were decreased significantly (P< 0.01 or P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Compound Glycine-calcium has satisfactory preventive and therapeutic effects on osteoporosis rats induced by hydrocortisone.
