中药离子导入治疗类风湿性关节炎的应用体会

目的 观察中药离子导入治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果。方法 将140例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为两组。常规抗类风湿性关节炎药物治疗70例为对照组,常规抗类风湿性关节炎药物治疗+中药离子导入70例为观察组,治疗1疗程(15d)后,观察两组患者关节肿胀、疼痛、压痛、晨僵、功能障碍改善的情况。结果 观察组显效16例,好转6例;对照组显效10例,好转7例。两组结果经X2检验有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论 中药离子导入治疗类风湿性关节炎效果显著,且方法简便、易行。在护理上注重治疗前进行宣教,治疗中掌握好导入药液浓度、温度,药导纱垫平整无皱褶,纱垫上无药渣沉积,导入电流持续稳定,药导电极放置部位准确,防移位、脱落等。

Application of guided TCM herbal ions to the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of guided TCM herbal ions the treatmeat of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 140 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups evenly: control group and observational group. In control group, the patients were treated with medication treatment with routine drugs and those in observational group with routine medication plus guided TCM herbal ions. After a course of treatment, the improvement of joint tumefaction pains, pressing pain, morning stiffness and functional disturbance was compared between the 2 groups. Results In the observational group, the treatment was remarkably effective in 16 cases and improved in 6. while in control group, it was 10 and 7 respectively. The statistical treatment (x2 test) showed the significance in the differences between the 2 groups (P<0. 01). Conclusion It is effective for guided TCM herbal ions tobe guided to treat rheumatoid arthritis. It is simple and feasible. In nursing, attention should be paid to health education before treatment, concentration and temperature of the drug at treatment, no rumples at medical dressing, no stains in gauzes and steady and continuous electricity and exact placement of electrodes for herbal ions to prevent movement and exfoliation.
