革兰阳性球菌院内感染的耐药性调查

摘    要:目的 了解医院内感染的革兰阳性球菌的分布及耐药情况。方法 药敏试验采用KB纸片扩散法,结果 用WHONET5软件进行统计学分析。结果 共分离革兰阳性球菌950株,占所有分离菌株的24.8%,主要是葡萄球菌和肠球菌,金黄色葡萄球菌除未发现万古霉素耐药外对其他监测的抗生素均有不同程度的耐药,肠球菌对所监测的抗生素也均有不同程度的耐药。结论 革兰阳性球菌在医院感染中仍占有重要地位,对革兰阳性球菌进行规范的耐药监测工作对临床经验治疗十分重要。

Abstract:Objective To understand distribution and drug resistance oi gram positive otis Antibiotic susceptibility test was done by Kirby-Bauer method. The results were analyzed by WHONET5 software. Results 950 strains of gram positive cocci were isolated, accounting for 24. 8 % of all isolated strains, mainly staphylococci and enterococei. Stapylococcus aureus expressed resistance to antibiotics to varying degrees except for vancomycin. Enterococcus also expressed resistance to antibiotics to some degrees. Conclusion Gram positive cocci were still important in hospital infection. It is quite important to regularly monitor the drug resistance of gram positive cocci.
