摘    要:目的:观察P物质(SP)及其受体阻断剂Spantide对Wistar大鼠脊髓背角神经元自发放电和伤害性慢痛放电的影响。方法:采用多管微电极细胞外记录和离子微电泳方法。结果:①电泳SP可使脊髓背角神经元单位放电增多,其效应可被Spantide阻断。②电泳SP又可抑制福尔马林引起的神经元伤害性痛放电,此效应可被纳洛酮和Spantide翻转。结论:在痛觉调制过程中,脊髓内SP起着传递痛觉信息和镇痛的双重作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of substance P (SP) and its receptor blocker, spantide, on the spontaneous discharge and injurious slow pain discharge of the neurons in the spinal dorsal horn. Methods: Extracellular recording with multimicropipetes and iontophoresis were employed for the observation in Wistar rats. Results: (1) The unit discharge of the spinal dorsal horn was increased after the iontophoresis of SP, which could be blocked with spantide; (2) The formalin induced injurious slow pain discharge of the spinal dorsal horn could be inhibited by iontophoresis of SP and the inhilition could be reversed with naloxone and spantide. Conclusion: SP plays double roles of pain transmission and analgesia in pain modulation.
