| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨口腔修复患者的临床心理问题.方法:应用汉密顿焦虑(HAMA)汉密顿抑郁(HRSD)量表对口腔修复患者修复前后进行心理状况评定.结果;牙列缺损和牙列缺失患者修复前HAMA 、HRSD的测定结果明显高于修复后的结果.结论:口腔修复患者修复前普遍存在焦虑、抑郁等临床心理问题.有针对性的心理支持可改善患者的心理问题.

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the psychological state of patients with or without dental prosthesis. Method: HAMA and HRSD scales were used to evaluate the psychological state of patients before on after restora-tion. Results: The scores of HAMA and HASD are higher in patients with dentition defect before dental restora-tion patients in dental prosthesis than national norms. Conclusion: There are many psychological problems such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal sensitivity in patients in dental prosthesis, They have worse psychological status than normal. We gave different psychological support to patients in dental prosthesis according to psychological reaction and age ,the clinical effects are perfect. |
