| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性胃淋巴瘤(primary malignant lymphoma gastric，PMLG)的临床特点、诊断和治疗，进一步提高其治疗效果。方法回顾性总结我院2001年10月～2004年6月收治的8例胃原发性淋巴瘤进行临床分析。结果1例失访，1例死于肝功能衰竭，其余健在。结论手术是治疗原发性胃淋巴瘤的重要方法，并联合化疗和放疗。病理类型、分期与预后明显相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of primary malignant lymphoma of gastric(PMLG).Methods The clinical manifestation,diagnosis,operation,therapy and radiation were analyzed by restrospectively summarizing of eight case of PMLG from Octomber 2001 to June 2004.Results One patient was discharged from hospital.One patient was died of liver failure.The rest were still alive well.Conclusion The surgery was the important treatment to PMLG and combined with therapy,radiation.The prognosis has significance relationship with the pathology and the stage of PMLG. |
