新生儿听力筛查及检测依从性调查

目的探讨提高新生儿听力筛查率和治疗依从性的管理方法。方法采用美国Grasons-tadler公司生产的自动耳声发射听力筛查仪,由专科护士对新生儿进行初次筛查,五官科医师把关。结果接受筛查的新生儿2207例,筛查率占同期出生率的83.9%,初次筛查通过1838例,未通过305例(13.8%),42d后复查,未通过2例,转诊经第3次听力检测中心复查,1例为先天性听力障碍,另1例需进一步检查排除中枢性听力损失。听力障碍占同期筛查人数的0.9‰。未接受听力筛查的新生儿有425人,高危儿145人,占34.1%。结论须加强新生儿听力筛查的宣传力度,提高筛查率;高危新生儿是筛查的重点对象,对家属应予追踪指导,督促参与监测;完善追踪管理机制,让听力障碍新生儿得到早期治疗。

Investigation on the compliance of hearing screening and examination

Objective To probe the management measures of raising hearing screening rate and therapeutic compliant managing method of newborns. Methods With screening instrument of automatic otoacoustic emission, product by Grasons-Tadler company in U.S.A, and the first hearing screen was done by professional nurses, guided by otolaryngologists. Results Accepting hearing screen newborns were 2207 cases, the screen rate occupied the same periodic newborns was 83.9%. The passing cases were 1838, and 305 cases (13.8%) did not passed. In the reexamination after 42 days, two cases did not passed. In the third examination, one case was congenital hearing disorder and the other case need to go further examination to eliminate central hearing lose. Hearing disturbance rate occupied 0.9% of the same periodic newborns. The newborns not accepting examination were 425. Among them the newborn with high risk were 145. That occupied 34.1%. Conclusions Propaganda dynamism of hearing screening in newborns should be enhanced, and raised screen rate. High risk newborns are focal point in the screen, and family members ought to be tracked, and be supervised and urged to participate in supervisory test. Perfect tracking management can provided early treatment to newborn with hearing disturbance.
