肝移植受者健康知识知晓状况及影响因素的调查分析

目的了解肝移植受者术后对肝移植相关健康知识的知晓程度并分析其影响因素。方法采用肝移植健康知识调查表对某医院肝移植中心的215例肝移植受者进行问卷调查,对结果进行描述性分析和Pearson相关性分析。结果 215例肝移植受者的健康知识主要来源于医务人员(79.07%)、病友交流(61.86%)、专业书籍(47.91%);肝移植受者最缺乏的健康知识依次为:预防感染、生育、饮食与营养、排斥反应、复查、药物、人际交往、运动与休息、心理调节、外出、自我监测、工作、疾病发展。Pearson相关因素分析显示:肝移植受者的教育程度、家庭收入、术后是否工作是其健康知识知晓率的主要影响因素。结论肝移植受者对肝移植相关健康知识知晓率不高,规范、有效的健康教育有待加强。

Investigation on the understanding situation and influencing factors of liver transplantation receptors health knowledge

Objective To investigate the understanding situation and influencing factors of liver transplantation receptors~ health knowledge. Method 215 cases of liver transplantation receptors were investigate with the ＂liver transplantation health knowledge survey questionnaire＂ and the results were estimated by descriptive analysis and pearson correlation analysis. Result The main sources of getting liver transplantation knowledge for the 215 liver transplantation receptors were medical member （ 79. 07 ~A ）, wardmate communication （ 61. 86%）, professional book （47.91%）. The lack knowledge of the liver transplantation receptors were： prevent infection, procreation, drink and food, rejection, recheck, medicine, interpersonal communication, movement and recess, mental adjustment, to go out, self-monitoring,job, disease progression. The pearson correlation demonstrate that the education level, the family income, the job and the nation are main influencing factors of the understanding level of liver transplantation receptors＇ health knowledge. Conclusion Liver transplantation receptors＇ understanding situation of health knowledge is not good. So, standard, effective health education should be reinforced.
